As both Relocation Director and Sales Agent for Century 21 American Homes of Long Island, NY, I partnered with Lisa Snyder, also a Sales Agent. We are in place to serve the needs of Long Island’s relocating senior citizens. We refer to ourselves as the “Home Team” and invite you to visit us at www.timfrawley.com.
First, just a little about us, I am a lifetime resident of Long Island, born at the tail end of the baby boom. After a 28 year career in sales and marketing at Verizon Communications I retired a few years ago. As I am sure many of you can identify with, I wasn’t ready to stop working altogether and was excited at the prospects of a second career. I chose to put my sales experience to work in the real estate field. Being an experienced marketer, I studied the market to find my niche. I found that we, the “baby boomers”, are the leading market segment in real estate today. Century 21 has even developed a program just for us called “Mature Moves”. Finally someone is paying attention to us!
My experience with Verizon coupled with Century 21 has allowed me to formulate a strong sales team.
About Lisa
My partner, Lisa Snyder, in her late 30’s is a real estate agent with first- hand knowledge of the unique needs of our generation. Lisa has spent most of her adult life with her grandparents residing with her. Through life experiences she has learned what the housing needs are for our mature segment. She is passionate about her work, a strong agent, and is constantly looking for senior specialists to be added to our vast network.
