Over the past ten years, Mary Ellen has provided an individualized bookkeeping service PLUS.
What makes her service unique is she provides these services in the consumers homes/facilities either working with the existing bookkeeping system or creating a streamlined system to meet their current needs. A continual concern for all ages is "what paperwork can be discarded" and "what do I need to keep for taxes"? Mary Ellen answers these questions while making suggestions to improve their current system, e.g. protection against identity fraud.
Mary Ellen provides the professionalism, expertise and follow through continually required for the best care to all consumers.
Over a period of time, Mary Ellen has expanded this service to include daily money management (American Association of Daily Money Managers member) care management (National Academy of Certified Care Managers member) and professional guardian (Palm Beach County and Florida State Guardianship Association member) for individuals.
As senior consumers' needs change, Mary Ellen guides and assists them in their transition from home to facility OR from one level to the next level of care in the facility.
An important aspect of this business is working in conjunction with the consumers' other professional associates and the consumers' families. Service providers working as an active network on behalf of the consumer provides the consumer and the family unit peace of mind.
