Michael L. Pfeifer practices in the areas of elder law and estate planning with over 17 years of experience as an attorney.

Among the services the firm provides are the drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents; Medicaid and estate planning; and the probate and the administration of estates. We work with people of all ages, senior citizens and the disabled. We protect our client’s wealth from taxes, nursing home costs and other hazards. We work with other professionals such as accountants, financial planners and social workers so as to address all of our client’s needs.

The firm services Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties.

Mr. Pfeifer's memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the NYS Bar Association and the Elder Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He is immediate past president of Gerontology Professionals of New York. Mr. Pfeifer was a regular columnist for the Elder Law Attorney published by the Elder Law Section of the NYS Bar Association. He gives lectures before various bar associations, teaches adult education courses and gives seminars to many different lay organizations.
